Ted bought me a really fun present for christmas ... a mushroom farm in a box. Basically, it is a big box of dirt and mushroom spore infused compost. Some folks may not consider that an amazing present, but I LOVE it. I will document the progress of my mushrooms for your viewing pleasure!
Right now, the mycelium are just starting to spread across the surface of the soil ... stay tuned!
